East
Pines Ranch is located in Southwest Colorado amid some
of the most scenic and fascinating country in the United
States.
We raise holistically produced, naturally grown beef and offer unique opportunities
to guests, enabling them to participate in the rigors of
the working cowboy's life. www.eastpines.comWindrift Farms began producing pork in the Uncompahgre Valley in 1979, taking advantage of the high desert climate by growing their pigs in sunshine and fresh air. Because of the small scale of this family run farm their pigs are born in individual farrowing crates, kept with their litter mates and raised in small groups. The Windrift herd is comprised of maternal lines carefully selected for meat quality and pleasant disposition. The animals are fed a mixture of field and sweet corn, soybean meal, vitamins and minerals, specially formulated for each group of pigs depending on their size, age and stage of life. The Windrift
Farm's practices combine to promote low stress and excellent health
for every animal. Those sent to Sunnyside Meats have never been given antibiotics,
steroids, or hormones.

James Ranch cattle are raised in the traditional way, on rich, nutritious grasses in the spectacular Animas Valley. The James Family produces beef that is flavorful, tender, succulent and healthy. It tastes like the traditional beef our grandparents grew up eating. The family believes that nature intended humans to eat grass-finished-meats and dairy products, not grain-fed. James Ranch beef has never had a bit of grain and the qualities of beef are preserved. www.jamesranch.net

Shepherd's Lamb is produced by the Manzanares family in the mountains of Northern New Mexico. By maintaining control of their product, from raising the lambs to marketing them, the Manzanares family is able to offer lamb that many of their customers say is the best they have ever tasted. www.organiclamb.com
On
the James Ranch our pigs are rotated on lush pastures and given grain
soaked in whey from our cheese making. We produce our pork without the use of
chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or antibiotics.
