We provide USDA inspected and custom livestock processing. We harvest cattle, sheep, hogs, goats and buffalo, giving producers the opportunity to market directly to the consumer. Labeled products are prepared for restaurants, retail sales, and farmers markets. Consumers from the four-corners area can purchase fresh or frozen selections from quality livestock grown right here in Colorado. Our services include harvest of animals, cutting and wrapping, curing and smoking, bulk and link sausage making, patty making, tenderizing, slicing and vacuum packaging. Our team of processors has many years of experience in the industry. They will make every effort to provide quality services and complete customer satisfaction.
